At WeShoes, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can find your perfect pair without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
